CricPost ("we", "our", "us") operates the CricPost website at cricpost.in and the CricPost Android app. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how we use it.

- Account registration: Email address and password when you create an account.
- Business details (optional): Business name, phone number, website, and social media handles that you add to your profile for use in generated posters.
1b. Information collected automatically
- Usage data: Pages visited, features used, download events, and theme preferences — collected via Google Analytics.
- Device information: Browser type, operating system, screen size, and general location (country/city level only) collected anonymously.
- Cookies and local storage: We use browser local storage to remember your theme preference and language setting. No advertising cookies are used.
1c. Information we do NOT collect
- We do not collect payment information (CricPost is free).
- We do not collect precise GPS location.
- We do not collect contacts or call logs.
- Images you generate are processed locally in your browser — we do not upload or store your generated posters.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and maintain the CricPost service.
- To save your business details so they appear on your posters (account feature).
- To remember your preferences (theme, language) across sessions.
- To understand how CricPost is used and improve the app — via anonymised Google Analytics data.
- To send important service updates (not marketing emails).
3. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
Supabase

BCCI / IPL
Player images are sourced from official IPL documents. CricPost is an independent fan tool and is not affiliated with the BCCI or IPL.
4. Data Retention
- Account data (email, business details) is retained as long as your account exists.
- You can delete your account and all associated data at any time by emailing us at hello@cricpost.in.
- Analytics data is retained for 14 months per Google Analytics settings.
5. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of your account and data.
- Withdraw consent to analytics tracking at any time.

6. Children's Privacy
CricPost does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it immediately.
